Cheese Hash Browns

- 1 package Simply Potatoes hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese shredded
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons onion chopped
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except hash browns. Place hash browns in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Add mixture to hash browns and stir until mixed. Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 9-12.
