Cheesy Hash Brown Pie

  • 2 cups Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1/2 lb. Italian Sausage
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup (8oz) All Whites Egg Product
  • 1 cup Milk</li><li>1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup (2oz) Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup (2oz) Shredded Asiago

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Butter bottom and sides of 9in glass pie plate. Firmly press potatoes on bottom and sides of plate. Back for 10 minutes. Cook Italian sausage until brown, drain grease. Layer cooked sausage and pepper over pre-baked crust. Combine eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl, mix well. Pour egg over sausage and red pepper. Return to oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is is set. Sprinkle with cheese, back for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is brown. (From Simply Potatoes)
