- 9×11 in pan
- 1 Jiffy or Betty Crocker pie dough mix
- 2 cans of cherry pie filling or 5-6 apples *If made with apples, slice apples 1/4 inch and mix with 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon to taste)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1 stick butter (melted)
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare bottom pie dough according to directions on the box.
Roll dough to a little bigger then the pan. Place dough in the pan, par bake for 5 minutes. Let dough cool.
Topping: Mix Flour, Quick Oats, Brown Sugar, Walnuts, and butter together, combine thoroughly. Set aside.
Filling: Pour cherry filling in the bottom crust, spread evenly. *Arrange apples in one layer, over lapping, put extra apples on top of previous layer.
Spread the topping evenly over the top.
Bake for for 55 minutes. Let Cool.
