Polish Chop Suey

Ingredients

  • 1lbs Beef Cubed
  • 1lbs Pork Cubed
  • 5-6 Celery Stalks Chopped Fine
  • 1-2 Onions Chopped Fine (same amount as celery)
  • 1 Package Beef Stock or Broth
  • 1 Large Can of Bean Sprouts
  • 3Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Package Chop Suey Mix

Directions

  • Brown Pork and Beef add package of Chop Suey Mix
  • In Slow Cooker, add Celery and Onion, add Pork and Beef
  • Add Beef Stock and 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • Slow Cook on LOW for 6-6 1/2 Hours (meat should break apart easily)
  • Turn Slow Cooker on HIGH
  • Add Corn Starch and 3/4 cup COLD water (MIX) ADD to Slow Cooker
  • Drain Sprouts well, ADD to Slow Cooker
  • Bring to Boil

Serve over rice.
