Cheesy Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • 1 package Simply Potatoes hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons onion chopped

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  • Thoroughly combine all ingredients except hash brown
  • Place hash browns in a greased 2 quart baking dish
  • Add mixture to hash browns and stir until mixed
  • Bake for 45 minutes

Serves 9-12
